Star baker, Mim, of Mersea Island set up a home kitchen bakery for chocolate brownies after the birth of her third child. Their popularity locally led her to make them available by post across the country. The flavours expanded as well as her providing catering for weddings and corporate gifts, and additional chocolate choices. Enter Foundling to rebrand, create characters for a range for children’s brownies, photography to match her brand, plus a series of videos of Mim baking for YouTube!
