Well-being entrepreneurs Tom and Atlanta Bonds had run a gym based in Essex for 8 years when the opportunity to move from the existing premises to a better suited facility in the centre of the community arose.

When they approached us with the name Flow (for love of wellness) we immediately visited the site and got to work on creating a holistic solution encompassing both fitness and wellness areas, logo, environmental graphics, merchandise, interior design and a plethora of content for web and social media, including video and photography.
